This workshop is designed to support you to go deeply into the processes Robert Gonzales offers, with ample time for personal exploration, reflection and integration. Each day will offer opening meditations and talks, individual and small group practices, movement breaks, and opportunities for discussion and sharing. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
The workshop content will be determined in part by skill level and experience of participants. We ask that you have some familiarity and prior experience with Nonviolent Communication as well as a basic familiarity with Marshall Rosenberg's work. For example previous NVC trainings, participation in one of Robert's workshops or on-line trainings, or being in a regular NVC practice group are types of experience we are looking for.
Robert Gonzales has been teaching NVC since 1986 and offers workshops world-wide through his organization, the Center for Living Compassion, www.living-compassion.org.
